老树根教育学员：


Sam，14岁羞涩的小男孩，老树根教育初中学员最喜欢学习的一位。Sam和Sam爸爸刚过老树根教育的时候，Sam爸爸对于孩子的成绩感到担心。


Sam爸爸非常关系Sam的学习，据Sam爸爸了解，Sam在学校学习是能跟上学校老师的授课进度的，但到了初二开始就慢慢感觉吃力了。其实，初二就是整个初中英语最关键的学习阶段，所以，Sam爸爸感到了孩子的学习危机。由于一对多授课模式，Sam渐渐的没有跟上了老师的讲课进度，后来由于知识的盲点越积越多，导致了Sam对英语学习失去了信心。


针对Sam的情况，Linda老师安排了两个阶段：


第一，对于初一课本上的知识点进行强化复习，每天安排一定的复习任务让学生自己复习；


第二，每周对学校的上课内容进行综合复习；


经过老树根Linda的辅导学习，Sam现在已经跟上了学校老师的上课进度，学习兴趣也发生了改变。
